There are two ways to find moisture hidden in a structure, evasive or non evasive. With the use of infrared technology hidden moisture and moisture damage can now be located by a non evasive means.

Infrared cameras allow us the ability to see and locate what the naked eye is unable to detect. Infrared images can capture thermal anomalies from moisture or water damage, roof leaks, stucco, EIFS, and window leakage. Infrared Scans are able to locate water and moisture intrusion in buildings by thermal patterns. An infrared scan can locate missing or defective insulation, water leakage or moisture in commercial structures.
Infrared scans can also be used to identify and locate overheating electrical, mechanical and machinery components prior to failure.
